TC Applied Technologies is happy to announce the launch of our support forum. We intend for the forum to be a repository of useful information, a place to get answers to frequently asked questions without needing to wait for an e-mail from our support staff, and a place for those designing with our products to interact and share their knowledge with one another.
We believe that this information resource, as well as a stronger community based around the use of our products will aid in speeding up your development process. Please feel free to browse and search the forums, as well as to post questions for our support staff. Registration is not required in order to read the forum, but if you would like to post topics or comment to existing topics, you will be required to create an account. Note that when you load the Terms of Registration page, the "I agree to these terms" button will be greyed out. This is designed behaviour meant to encourage users to read the terms before registering; the button will become clickable after a few moments.
The public forums are viewable by all. We realise that the technical features and development progress of your projects may be confidential at your organisation. For this reason, we encourage all our users to create forum registrations that are anonymous in that they do not disclose names and/or company affiliations. There is also a Developer Area; we are restricting access for customers under NDA, as it may contain confidential information such as source code snippets. We ask our customers under NDA and in development wishing to gain access to this area to please send an e-mail containing your forum username to ginaz@tctechnologies.tc (that's me!
